Khalil Campbell, "Marcy Me", 16"x 20"

Self-Care Through Art Exhibition

"Marcy Me", an inspiration taken from Jay-Z's 4:44 album, is a piece that features the J train and the Marcy Avenue station of the NYC Subway System. Marcy Avenue Station can be bustling with activity, especially during rush hours. The sound of trains arriving and departing, along with the chatter of passengers, creates a lively atmosphere. Vendors selling snacks or musicians performing may also be present, adding to the already vibrant scene.
